Reading all this copyright material and writing the final paper for my Intro Class just reminds my why I'm soooo glad I'm not in Law school. (among many other reasons) It's convoluted. It's complicated. It is at times VERY counter-intuitive. And even the experts don't know everything there is to know about it. This is NOT my favorite section (maybe that's why they put it last) and I will be glad when I don't have to read about it anymore.
Despite how important it is to my profession and consumers as a whole...
I blame Mickey Mouse.
